The watch strap is defective.
Bracelet could not be shortened. I had a watch with this clasp and only had to move the clasp to shorten or lengthen the strap. This one didn't move! I sent it back and am waiting for a refund. Very disappointing. I called Revain support and they couldn't help me either.
