Continuing the theme with the sensor. If at first "millions of collected dust particles" were beautifully shown on the display, then the display simply stopped turning on with the control button below it. If you look closely at the reflection, you can see that there is a kind of cyclic reloading of the menu, but the image itself is not displayed on the display. Apparently, the dust sensor is being polled in order to display columns with the number of "collected dust particles", and since there are problems with it, the vacuum cleaner goes into "reboot". But if you press the button to activate the vacuum cleaner, then the vacuum cleaner turns on and "wow!" the display starts to show the operating mode (Eco / Medium / High), you can even have time to enter the settings and see that the dust detection sensor is in the "off" state, and when you try to turn it on, it is displayed that it is "on", but it the state is immediately reset to the "off" state. An attempt to reset the state of the dust sensor (pull out the battery for 15 minutes or leave it on charge for more than 30 minutes, as Dyson recommends) did not give any result. On Reddit there are a lot of messages about this defect in this model, it appears literally during the first minutes of operation or, for example, after a week. In general, this model has two drawbacks - a problem with the dust particle sensor and a well-known jamb with a "filter needs cleaning", which already appears out of the box. It only helps to replace the entire main body - the main unit of the vacuum cleaner, which Dyson sends under warranty :((Moreover, only the third replacement worked normally for some users. HOW it was possible to mess up with this model, I can not imagine! If you watch a video of a complete disassembly, then the main unit is a few plastics, a couple of gaskets, an engine with a control board and a display, and another 4x4 cm board with an unfortunate piezo sensor for counting dust. And now "it" manages to break out of the box or during the first cleaning :)))
