I love these kitchen brushes. The bristles aren't as stiff as other brands, making it difficult to use, but they do the job when baking, too. For the same reason, food will not get caught on the base of the brush, as is the case with brushes with stiffer bristles. They are also great for cleaning fruit and veg as the bristles are not harsh and as such I am confident they will not damage fruit/veg. I can't explain why, but the handle fits my small hands way better than any other brand I've owned, meaning I'm less likely to fumble with the brush while brushing. They also have a ridge on the top front of the nozzle for those hard-to-remove foods. I especially like that there is a drawstring at the end of the handle that allows me to hang it on a hook to dry after use. I've only had them a month and they're still like new.
