Bought this as a Christmas present for my daughter who often wishes for her back to be stretched. I tried it first and wow! I was blown away by how well it straightened my back, even on the lowest setting. Good to know there are 3 settings: low, medium, high. It's small and very light. It fits easily in a suitcase and can certainly be stored in a desk drawer or closet. The only problem I had was getting it to "bend". But for a beginner I think it's ok. I finally got it to bend after watching a youtube video (very helpful btw). Overall I think she's going to love this little thing.
