FINALLY A SHOE WITH PROTECTION! I've been disappointed in toddler athletic shoes that don't have a tread. We enjoy hiking with our 2 year old and are concerned about how often his feet slip out from under him on loose gravel trails. Not with these shoes anymore. He calls them his "sticky shoes". They seem comfortable because he also chooses them for everyday wear. They seem very well made and I'm not worried that they won't last long. I even had to wash them due to poor potty training and they washed (air dried) well. They're a little tricky to put on, but the heel tab makes a huge difference to others we've tried. . My 2 year old can take them off by himself but definitely needs help putting them on.
