I ordered these in 2 sizes for my 17 month old baby. She is small for her age and wears size 3.5-4 shoes. I ordered a size 4 and a size 5 for fear they both wouldn't fit. We ended up sticking with a size 5. They were easier to put on and I thought she had room to grow. She can walk easily in these boots, although they are technically too big. I like that they have a cozy lining. We live in Michigan so I expect they will come in handy this winter. I feel like they are expensive but my older kids have Bogs and I was impressed with them so I just went for them. I'm glad I don't have to worry about her feet getting cold when we're out in the snow.
