*UPDATE* After replacing a 15w bulb with a 25w bulb, this heater is amazing. I still hate the light (we built a barricade around it for the night) but with a better bulb it gets a lot warmer. I really wanted to like it. It's beautiful and beautifully made. But there is a NULL throw. I've tried wax of different genders, scooped wax, melted wax, paraffin, soy, etc. NOTHING. He hardly melts. Also, the light is depressingly bright at night. There is conflicting information in the listing, answers and reviews as to how much power this is supposed to have, but I'm guessing it's 15 and not the 25 some have claimed? I just threw away money on a pack of hotter bulbs so hopefully I can still salvage this otherwise fine smelter.
