A Base: $23 (January 2021) - Darn good price for a roll of thermal film including hardware. It follows the "you get what you pay for" but doesn't disappoint. This is a solid product. Look at the specs in the product description and compare to what you need. This is not a performance product. The temperature range of 1400 to 2000°F (760-1100°C) is not impressive, but good enough for normal outdoor use. This wrapper could be more for style but not useless if applied properly. To be beautiful lacks the luster and finer weave of titanium foil. Worn flat black looks shabby if that's the look you want. A material like fiberglass will at least cause itching and skin irritation. Therefore, wear long-sleeved clothing, thick gloves, a dust mask and safety glasses during installation. Also, it is not as durable as more expensive materials. Fasteners are included in the form of stainless steel straps and clamps. The bands look cleaner but offer a better fit. Four stars from me. I took off one star for the complete lack of documentation. This is not a roll of fabric and proper installation is critical. For example, it must be soaked in water. There are many do-it-yourselfers online, but there should be a leaflet with the appropriate warnings and brief instructions.
