I don't really buy these leave in products because my hair is so thin most products weigh my hair down and make it greasy. So, I originally bought this for my daughter's unruly hair, but found I sprayed a little in my hand and ran it down the bottom of my hair. Damaged areas after treatment looked MUCH better after use. The only problem I have with it is the smell. I don't know if they're intentionally trying to make it smell "natural," but there are many natural scents out there that smell better. It's not a deal breaker, but it's annoying. Thank God it is quickly erased after use.
