The top is heavy and needs support.

If you plug it into an outlet oriented so that the ground prong is below the normal two prongs, it is a four or five star unit. However, many outlets in my house are in the opposite orientation (ground pin up, two pins down). When the Nest Mini backpack is plugged into this outlet, the Nest power adapter does not fit tightly enough, causing the device to appear to be sagging off the wall. I used clear tape to better secure it. It works and most eyes won't notice. But if you design (or produce) better, that's no problem.
