I bought this specifically for wireless charging but if the phone doesn't fit what's the point. It's too short for my Samsung Note 9 and too narrow for my iPhone 11. I don't have to take the case off just to use the charging function. A width of 3mm is bad design as even phones are at least that wide so it's wider along with the body. The length is also not enough, again bad design. I will request a refund as not worth keeping. Update: cover removed, it came up and started loading. After driving less than a mile, I got an error message saying there was a problem with the charger and it stopped working. The light went out and no longer burns. Charging is no longer possible.
