My head gets cold at night so I put on a winter hat to keep warm while sleeping. It worked well at night except my hair was a total mess in the morning. This sleepyhead is loose and has plenty of room for me to style all my hair in it. When it came here I tried it on on a cold day and I was as roasted as a marshmallow in a hodgepodge. Wearing it at night makes me feel so comfortable that I fall asleep almost immediately. I'm so well rested now. No more sleepless nights.
