Review on VATPAVE by Prince Fratto

I have to mention that I am quite dissatisfied with my recent purchases of clothing, shoes, and jewelry from VATPAVE. To begin, there was a severe lack of customer service. When I finally did get an answer to one of my questions about my order, it was not really helpful. Second, there was considerable room for improvement in terms of quality assurance. There was obvious wear and scuffing on the shoes I bought, and the apparel had loose threads and stitching that was coming undone. The jewelry was tarnished and did not resemble the pictures on the website. Finally, the refund process was quite difficult. It took forever to get my money back, and the process was far too difficult. As a whole, I do not think VATPAVE is something you should use. The difficult return policy, the lack of quality control, and the bad customer service all add up to an unpleasant purchasing experience.
