If you will NEVER need to move or remove these hooks, they work great. But if you try to rearrange them, you'll rip the drywall. The product description states that the hooks are "easy to clean and move without damaging the finish". Being able to move or remove them without damaging the wall is the main reason we bought these particular hooks. When we tried to reposition some of them shortly after installation, they ripped off the surface of the wall panel, see attached photo. There is no contact information for the manufacturer on the packaging. They are made overseas and have no instructions on how to contact the manufacturer. Looks like we're going to spend a few hundred bucks to fix the walls.
