SLASCONE provides a simple to use interface for the users to create SLA's and also enables the users to track the service requests of the customers.It has good reporting option as well which is very helpful while monitoring the SLAs of our client's. It is bit costly but it worths the investment. If you are looking for an application that can easily manage the Service Request then this is the right place. This software is helping me in managing my clients' SLA's in a very easy way. I am managing all the documents related to my clients by using this tool. So far it is the best solution available in market.
