I would give it a 5 for performance and comfort. The negative is that after a year I have to get a new one because the cable is broken/torn and can no longer draw electricity. I don't even travel with it and use it lightly and it broke anyway. So disappointing as the rest of the item still works well. I only spent the money on one year of benefits. Now I'm afraid to take another one, I can't buy a new one every year. I would also take something cheaper. I think if you know how to fix broken USB cable you should be fine. But not me :(
