Massage it into your feet for a few minutes each day and you'll be amazed. When you first get it I suggest using it twice a day and rubbing it in, but after a week you can just do it once a day to maintain it and it doesn't take much effort to rub it in well. There are thick calluses on the heels that I have to remove with a rasp from time to time. With this cream, it's like it doesn't exist. You're still there of course, the skin is thick but so elastic that it naturally adjusts and flexes that you won't even notice by looking at it. Softening them will also make them easier to remove every few weeks. I've been putting cream on my feet every night for 25 years. I can't sleep without doing this. I've tried many creams. Many can help, but eventually dry up after a few hours. You need a urea cream to give your skin long-lasting moisture. I've tried other urea creams and they work well, but this one seems to work the best. I don't like the smell of eucalyptus but the cream works so well I don't care. Maybe that helps too and is therefore better than other creams I've tried, or maybe it's the slightly higher urea concentration. One bottle lasts me about two months, you don't have to distribute it. I usually apply a small amount and rub in, then apply a little more than I rub in.
