Review on 🔗 1-Inch Adhesive/Screw Mount Cable Tie Mount - Pro Tie N1PSSM100, 100-Pack (Natural Nylon) by Sam Bhushan

I like these zip tie mounts. The only thing you can use on the walls is tacky glue, as long as you don't try to use cables that are too heavy. When I used them on wood I just used glue to hold them in place and used a screw to attach them permanently. After attaching with screws I tied about 10-12 siamese cables hanging from the brackets. I wish the price was lower but the others I bought later looked the same (fake picture) but didn't allow for screws. I recommend Pro Tie bindings.
