I was very skeptical because of the low price and almost bought another model but WOW this TENS neck unit is amazing! I like that it's warm, that it has multiple modes, and that it's easy to adjust the intensity. Works right out of the box, press and hold the power button on your device for a few seconds. and the light turns blue. I got frustrated and thought it wouldn't work, but then realized I hadn't held the button long enough to turn it on. It's smaller and lighter than expected, which is another plus! I plan to use it at work and at home so the bag it comes in comes in handy. However, I may order a second one to keep at work. because I walk there as much as at home. You know. typical of most of us. I have cervical stenosis and neck arthritis. My doctor suggested this type of device, time will tell if it helps, but it definitely feels good while using it. If I could give those 10 stars I would. My husband doesn't like the "tingles" but for me it's heaven. However, I will confess that I had it at maximum intensity (which is great for me) when I put it around his neck. Oops. If you are not sure. This is the first thing to try, you won't regret it! One more thought. If you suffer from tension headaches this might help as well, I plan to try this next time I have one. You know that from the 40-hour week lol. This is my second time wearing it and it just went off after 15 minutes. That's good otherwise it might be my daily waking accessory lol. Good luck and have fun! AFTER REMOVAL: My pain before using it for two 15 min sessions was around 5 (when I turned my head to the right). I just took it off and have much better mobility and less pain. I applied some lotion before the first 15 minutes but not before the 2nd so I have redness on the back of my neck.
