For context I bought this to wear as basic underwear so it doesn't compete with a leg harness. I've gained a lot of weight lately so I was worried it wouldn't look nice, but it's made of a fabric that's thick and stretchy enough not to show embarrassing wrinkles, and the black color helps too. It's actually pretty comfortable. However, the fabric is one of those types that lint/pull with little friction and is warmer than you might expect. When I lose weight, this type of clothing would go well with high-waisted shorts, but definitely not with this type of fabric. It's also difficult to close the hem when it's on. It can be good or bad depending on what you intend to wear it for/how often you intend to wear it. Just know that no point of friction will stay nice and slippery for long.
