Not as advertised

I ordered what was supposed to be Singer Touch and Sew bobbins. Disconnect/unscrew the coils, but they don't. Also, the bottom of the coil should be smaller in diameter than the top, but this is not the case. Finally, there is a notch on the bottom that allows for proper placement, which they don't have. Their on-screen appearance looks good, but these don't match this car in any way. It even says "Singer" on the box.
