Looks like a quality belt. I like the heavy buckle and the rather thick but flexible leather. However, in terms of size. I guess there is a lot of misinformation here (people say it runs small) that led me to buy a belt that is two sizes too big. Here's what I found: The numerical size of the belt is the distance from the TIP of the buckle to the FIRST set of holes. I used a tape measure to be safe. In other words, it should be true to size, plus a few extra inches of tolerance (I have 4 inch holes).
