I thought this little PDA would be a good option as I have problems with my forearm; However, I wasn't prepared for the vibration of the handle. I will say it really helps my hand but after each use my hand feels like it's in a jar. I can try another model but for now this one is helping. I just don't use it that long, but it's probably good. I like the different settings and I love the design. It also holds a charge for a very long time, but I guess that's to be expected since I only use it for a few minutes every other day. It's a great little machine and works exactly as intended, but unfortunately it wasn't the best choice for me. But now I am what you are looking for to move forward. This was my first purchase or evening with a handheld so I didn't know anything. I have a massage pad that I love, but even that had to grow on me. So I guess I'll probably get used to the vibrations, but we'll see. I'll definitely update when I do.
