Review on 🧽 Quickie Sponge Mop Refill Type S - 3 Inches X 9 Inches (2 Packs) by Daniela Velasquez

Broke down after only 3 uses

I have been using Quickie sponge mops for many years. I needed a mop head. I wanted it sooner rather than later so I went to Home Depot but they were out of stock. The local grocery stores were sold out so of course I went to Revain. Although the mop was old, the replacement nozzle fitted perfectly. It started to deteriorate on the third use and started falling off on the first two or three hits. Within five minutes, half of the replacement pad was completely ripped off. When I was done with the mop, I left it in the air. He's not sitting in a bucket where he stays wet. And I have not used any harsh detergents, no chemicals that could affect the quality of use. In the past I have always used replacement pads where the entire sponge was yellow. As you can see from the Revain photos, this rug has a yellow sponge on top of a blue sponge. I don't know what the purpose of two colors and separate sponges is. This is a yellow sponge that has just been torn into pieces. Consider using a really cheap paper towel to wipe something and it will fall apart in your hand when you use it. I don't know if it was just an accident, like the glue was broken, maybe the glue just dissolved in the water. Who knows. But it was a great inconvenience. Unfortunately I waited too long to request a replacement or refund. I know the price is cheap - I have to deal with it. But that's the principle. When you buy a product like this, regardless of the price, don't expect it to fall apart after a few uses. absorbed when wiping pieces of sponge.
