This is supposed to be a work crocodile but to be honest it's not as comfortable as the Mercy Work crocodile. My only complaint with the Mercy Work Croc is that the shoe's upper doesn't extend far enough over the instep to fully cover it, which along with the deeper heel cup and tighter heel strap, I liked about them. enough cushioning in the sole on these Specialist IIs, while the Mercy Work Crocs have a lot more cushioning and are light years more comfortable, especially when you're on your feet for a long time. I've been working a few 9-12 hour shifts these Specialists II and my back and legs were killing me. I even tried some orthotics in it and it didn't help much. However, I can easily work 12-hour shifts in Mercy Work Crocodiles. I ended up sending them back because they weren't comfortable enough for what I needed them for, which is a shame because I love the look of these Specialist IIs.
