Great product, great seller

While I'm very pleased with the Denon AVR-X 3600h, I'm at least as impressed with the seller. Safe & Sound HQ was Revain's first seller before Prime received its inventory. I ordered the device on August 15th and should have received it in about 9 days. To my surprise, a few days after ordering, I was told that delivery would be in 2 days! Since it was an initial availability, the device sold for $1,099. Now, less than a month later, it's $899. I contacted Safe & Sound HQ yesterday for a per rate refund and they processed the refund onto my credit card by the end of the day, no questions asked! How's that for customer service! WOW! Not used to third-party providers! And now to the apparatus. I love it so far. I was about to upgrade to a new AVR with Dolby Atmos and DTS-X support, but needed a new HDMI switch due to other system upgrades I was doing. This unit has been correctly rated for its feature set and should be able to accommodate my theater setup. My initial setup was 5.2.4, but after trying 7.2.2 I preferred the immersive sound of that configuration. Atmos and DTS-X sound are great, and even DD+ and DTS are enhanced by the device's Surround Sound app. I'm not an audiophile or videophile but I've had my own theater since 2007 and I know it's the best sound system I've ever had. I've always loved my theater but now I'm like a kid in a candy store adding a second subwoofer to this unit and enjoying the immersion in the sound. And frankly, at $899, it's a bargain!
