Purchased 1st March 2020 I have coarse stubble so I only use the trimmer once or twice a week. The battery life of 60 minutes was excellent. The device arrived charged and I successfully charged it and used it for another cycle. I just finished the second charge and started using it. the groomer worked 10 seconds, then 88 showed on the timer, then he died. I did it 5 more times and now it won't turn on at all. The device lasted a total of 4 months with light use and 2 charge cycles. I really hope Hattaker reads this and contributes.
