Mop function was useless, water leaked and error code kept coming up. When I called support they said it was a known issue and sent a replacement water tank. couldn't solve the problem i called again and she said she would send me return/replacement instructions but she never did. When I called to clarify she said it wasn't a guarantee, although when we originally spoke she said she was taking notes due to the pandemic and wasn't worried. When I called Emily, she was the only one who took the calls. She was rude, unprofessional and said there was nothing she could do as my warranty had expired. I reminded her of her suggestion and she confirmed it with her notes but said there was nothing she could do. When I asked their manager Darlene she was nicer but didn't offer any help as she said it was a small business. Extremely disappointed.
