Other reviews don't downplay the quality of the webcam - it's terrible. The quality is way worse than I expected from a $1600 2020 laptop. The keyboard is very comfortable. I'm a mechanical keyboard person, and while I usually hate flat keyboards, I liked the keyboard on this laptop so much that it became a deciding factor when considering multiple options. Handles small games great, looks professional and would recommend to anyone using it for non-webcam purposes. Update: This laptop is experiencing fatal graphics glitches. It looks like a motherboard error. It seems to be a general issue with XPS. Return and no risk - I suspected from the start that the laptop was a return and the packaging was quite damaged when it arrived (previously opened several times). I like the laptop so far, but I'm replacing it with a pad from the manufacturer.
