Easy to set up and connect to my Fitbit Versa. The linked app is great and a good way to see how much weight you've lost. I had a model 0375 and upgraded to this model, 0376. Cons - In the last month it has stopped automatically sending data to my phone (Google Pixel XL 2) a couple of times, but all I have to do is restart the phone, which I should do once anyway the week, then it works again (could just be my cell phone). I had a similar problem with the 0375. The weight measurement is more accurate than the previous model and matched the doctor's scale almost perfectly when I went to check. I am concerned about the accuracy of my body fat measurements. In the attached photo you can see the 4.8% difference between the 0375 and 0376 when weighed with just a tiny difference. I think my true BF% is somewhere in between. The previous model was within 0.8% compared to the DEXA scan, but I think the previous model can work now that I've gained about ten pounds of muscle and five pounds of fat (rough estimate). I will update in a few months when I go for another Dexa scan as I weigh myself with both before I go. ADVANTAGES. It's very easy to use and provides great data that helps me stay on top of my health. While it may be debatable how accurate body fat measurements are, it measures all the time so I can track which direction I'm moving. Set up/usage and the data provided (great app). I am very happy with both Greater Goods scales! UPDATE: I used the scale in the morning before eating and it showed 10.5% BF, then I did a dexa scan and it showed 10.0% BF. This is excellent performance for home scales.
