Doesn't feel as cheap as I expected. Yes, it's plastic, but strong enough. The carbon fiber decal is actually part of a plastic molding, not something glued on. It's actually a nice touch since you won't be gluing on any peeled off parts later. Only criticism is that I can't increase the fan speed any further. It gets the job done on my gaming laptop, but on the highest setting I'd like to lower the fan noise to increase its speed. Note: One reviewer said not to turn off the lights while the fans are running. It is not true. Finally, holding down the button to change the color of the LED will take you to the option to turn off all lights and the fans will keep spinning.
