Soft and fluffy but no non-slip handles?
I ordered these socks not only because I wanted warm and soft fleece socks for my mother, but also so that she would have non-slip socks. When they arrived in the mail, neither pair had non-slip grips. I even turned each one inside out to make sure they weren't just inside out. While they're warm, soft, and fluffy, the lack of handles defeats their purpose. Update: The seller reported that due to stock issues they became aware of the issue and apologized. They sent a refund and let me keep the socks.
