Instructions do not match the printer

No bluetooth connection to android phone. Connects to an Android tablet via Bluetooth. The instructions do not really match the printer. There is no blue or red LED. .It also didn't come in the manufacturer's packaging and the battery was already connected, not in a separate packaging that others had. It was on the charger all night, it needs to be charged. Blue tooth driver, manual says to install "caysnprinter" from play store, it's not there. It was most likely removed for the same reason the Apple Store removed it.
