Halloween Costume Quality
I was mistakenly thinking this was more like an actual skirt, and less of a costume piece. The material feels very plastic-ey. Much like something you would buy at the Halloween store.Also, is a little bit shorter than I was expecting- I'm 5'3, the back comes down to the back of my knee but the front is only about mid-way to my knee.All that said, its still cute and I think I'll keep it (and wear with tights).

- The pirate hat is flimsy and won't stay securely on your head
