Review on Anywhere Ball Baseball Softball Training by Julio Montano

Great for indoor tee work

Perfect for what I bought it for, indoor tee work and soft toss. They are slightly smaller than a regular baseball and weigh less. Unlike some softballs like packgouts and softhits, they don't bounce off the wall as much. Although they don't send you to the ER, they don't feel comfortable if you get a groin, you can ask my son. They probably won't hold up well to outdoor use, at least not when they're not being used, and I'm not sure how many hits they'll take, but they'll probably go bad faster than some of the other balls available. I suspect it's a trade-off for safety and not breaking household items if you're short on space. I've only had them for a short time, and I'll update them if I feel they aren't lasting at least a decent amount of time. I would say they don't fly as far as soft hits but can still make a big difference. Balls with holes TCB YH74 or Atec are probably better for limited outdoor flight. Some people seem to use them for pitching, but they might be softballs, I find them difficult to control very well for pitching personally, but that goes for any of the softer baseballs, including the soft hits in my hands.
