Great tool for lead generation and contact management
The most helpful thing about this software is that it gives you all your contacts in one place so there's no need anymore searching around different platforms trying find someone who might be interested or just know them personally! I dislike how sometimes when sending an email out from my personal address i get emails back saying "We're sorry but we cannot send mail as our records show" which makes me think they are blocking certain people because their not willing too share info? So now its hard finding new leads especially if u dont have any connections within those circles already!! Also having multiple accounts can make things confusing at times also making sure everything syncs up correctly between each account would definitely improve user experience overall.
Make usefull lists/contacts available online easily accessible via mobile device etc.

- Search function helps locate exactly what needs done next without wasting time scrolling through pages looking for something specific.
- Easy access with internet connection (mobile devices) even better than Outlook / Gmail where data does sync automatically across ALL systems
