Well my first experience with Ketond was pleasant. The first thing I chose was the citrus-mango scent. It was sweet, not much mango flavor but not hard to put down like other reviews say. At first I had stomach problems, but only for 2-3 days. I used to try to go on a low carb diet but couldn't stick to it due to an energy issue. I work with electricity and you have to concentrate. Previously, this was not possible with a low-carbohydrate diet. I didn't have that with Ketond, neither a crash nor a clear head. And while I can't give you a specific weight loss number, the way I dress is my guide. After 2 weeks I was at the closest mark on my belt to hold my jeans and felt better knowing that something was finally affecting my weight. I plan to buy again if it happens and will deliver if you stick with it. It's not cheap, but it works, and with so much crap on the market I can honestly say it delivers.
