It was easy enought that I could get used too quickly without knowing what it does or how well its working! Sometimes when you have an issue with something there isn't any way around having someone else resolve your problem which can be frustrating if they don’t know much about computers but this wasn;' t really my fault because we had no idea these problems were happening until after paying them hundreds (and some thousands) dollars over many months!! Do not use unless absolutely necessary otherwise waste money by hiring people just so you won?re able to say "we hired somebody" instead of actually doing work yourself - especially considering all other options available would probably take less than 1/2 hour each week anyway.
