Love the Outcome on my review.

It took me some time to figure it out but it turned out beautifully.
I use a cricut explore 2. On light cardstock setting shiny side down.

Pros

easy to weed, goes on great washes nicely

Cons

The vinyl may not adhere well to certain fabrics
