The 1st one i ordered was defective. Wouldn't turn on. The replacement process was a little tedious bc in P.R., QR cides are not working. The replacement got here and it powered on. The problem is that the fans used for cooling push a very nedgligable ammount of air, so it doesen't cool AT ALL. Secondly, the hook for your headset sits so close to the console that the pleather or whatever fabric the earcups are made of, stand a chance of cooking off if you leave them on there while you game. All in all, the companies cusy serv is top notch but, the product is sub par. Don't waste your money.
