No issues here so far!! I would highly recommend them if you're looking into building your own program like us or have been using their services in some capacity already - they are simply top notch across every level of service provided by reach bird as well as communication between client/agency teams. We used ReachBird's platform throughout 2018 as part of both internal communications regarding employee onboarding procedures as well as external outreach via social media channels such as LinkedIn & Twitter.
