Incredible Service, Professional Execution

The team was extremely professional from start till end of our engagement! They were always available when needed and made sure we had all resources at hand during this process (especially legal). No issues here so far!! I would highly recommend them if you're looking into building your own program like us or have been using their services in some capacity already - they are simply top notch across every level of service provided by reach bird as well as communication between client/agency…

Great Marketing Platform for Social Media Advertising

I like that we can be in contact via email or text when there are any questions regarding our campaigns - really helpful! The platform does not allow us as much flexibility during campaign setup than other platforms do, which could make it more costly/difficult if you need additional customization features beyond what they offer by default (e.g., adding custom hashtags). However, this isn't always apparent at first glance of their website; so just ask them about how many clicks each hashtag…

Best tool for managing your marketing activities

I love how accessible it is! It's not too complicated (yet), but still gives you enough tools so you can do most of what you need from one platform. The customer service could use some work - they are very good about responding quickly, but sometimes there's just nothing new or helpful in their responses. They're also working hard at building out integrations with other platforms like Slack, Trello etc., which will be great once those are finished as well. We needed something that would allow…
