I like that we can be in contact via email or text when there are any questions regarding our campaigns - really helpful! The platform does not allow us as much flexibility during campaign setup than other platforms do, which could make it more costly/difficult if you need additional customization features beyond what they offer by default (e.g., adding custom hashtags). However, this isn't always apparent at first glance of their website; so just ask them about how many clicks each hashtag gets before reaching your spend limit.
