I usually do gel nails at home but my biggest problem was that I'm not very good at it lol. Especially when it comes to ombre. Not good at all. and i don't like spending too much time on my nails... so after a little thought i decided to try this product. Well the jury is here and it's AMAZING! It was easy to apply, held up great (had to remove it just because my nails were too big) and BEST of all (maybe?) it was so easy to remove! That was also my problem with the gel manicure…. The acetone removal method never worked for me (or I didn't have the patience and just peeled off the gel, which also removed the layers from my nails...horrible I know). These strips need to be peeled off, but it looks like it's some kind of glue, not an acrylic base, that sticks to the nail and peels off very easily without damaging the nail! (I'm sure it's mentioned in the product description, but who reads the descriptions these days? I just need photos of the reviews!) I've included a short video to capture the entire process from application to removal. Yes, I really waited two weeks and made a video for this review! I've never paid so much attention to a review in my life... so yes, I'm very impressed. Added bonus: there are 20 strips in the kit so I managed to get a pedicure too...for at least a month lol (it's been two weeks and no signs of wear and luckily my toenails aren't growing that fast). So yes, I think that's a very good price for a manicure/pediatric! One final tip: I applied a gelcoat that peeled off after a while on some of my nails (or did I choose it? Ugh!), so it's probably not necessary unless you need a decal app like this one that I had cover. Enjoy!
