This cloth will remove a full face of makeup with just water. I was amazed! Im like . lets see if there is still makeup on my face so I used my first aid beauty radiance pads.there was minimal residue on the pad. Unreal!I like them its too easy not to like. I will use with my Tarte micellar water if I have a heavy beat on but other than that. water works fine.
