As a result of using this product, I found that the charging compartment did not work as expected, and the backpack was not as sturdy as I would have liked. However, the reflective design was a nice touch. Overall, I was disappointed with this purchase and would not recommend it for anyone looking for a reliable laptop backpack. Additionally, the size was more suitable for a day pack than a luggage, making it difficult to fit all my necessary items for longer trips.
