Update: I've been using it for a little over a month. I have an iPhone 5s that I put in my pocket and when I zip it up the teeth don't catch so the case won't close. Bought the Sub45 in XS/S. I've only worn it once but it rubbed my skin terribly under my bra line. It didn't feel too tight, I had to adjust it a few times while running to figure out where it would go. Otherwise it's a great backpack, very light but with multiple pockets to store large or small items. There are two large pockets on the back, one held my phone and the other held 8.5 ounces of water and I couldn't tell they were there. The front pockets are easily accessible without removing the backpack. If I can handle the chafing this is a good buy
