The bag itself is well designed. I love the top zip that can hide my contents. The shoulder strap hardware is light and already coming off, so I have to be concerned about the weight I'm putting in my bag and using the shoulder strap. There are two straps, can be used as a handbag. It's deep enough for my 15" laptop, book, scarf and water bottle and has three handy inner pockets for sunglasses. Two pockets don't have zips, but the third one does - great for my phone so it won't fall out. I use an external zip pocket for keys and credit cards. The outside pocket is perfect for a newspaper, magazine - this pocket is just on the button. I wish there was an attached latch or lanyard for my keys inside - that's how I gave it a 4 star rating instead of a five.
