The product is OK. In each pack, the 3 gram vial is tamper proof, but the 2 gram refill vial is not. I believe the manufacturer is trying to improve the security element of the product.

There were very bad ulcers, very painful, but nothing else helped. Then I applied it in the morning and the moment it touched the boil it hurt a little, but after a minute even the initial pain was gone!
