The bag is cute but the fridge part is useless if you want to pack more than a few things. The "insulation" isn't very thick, so even with an ice pack, food won't stay cold for more than a couple of hours. And depending on the size of the ice pack, it takes up most of the refrigerator space. As mentioned in other reviews, the fridge section is collapsible which makes packing difficult as there are no walls to support the insulated section. If you're planning on using this to pack a full lunch, you'd better throw a real lunch bag in a backpack section and drop the insulated portion entirely. I also wish the backpack itself had more storage pockets. Overall it's ok for a basic laptop backpack but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
